Honeymoon remains for many the only occasion where they can afford traveling to a distant place. This exception still constitutes a good opportunity to make a special and unforgettable travel. Thus, to help you succeed in your trip in terms of finance and time, we recommend some peculiar destinations, that combine tourism and culture, destinations that are unavoidable for any curious Arab traveler… we always welcome your suggestions and advice …
Spain - Andalousia (Sevilla, Cordoba, Granada)
Morrocco - Marrakech, Ouarzazate, Essaouira
Egypt (cruse on the Nile)
Tunisia (Tunis-Sousse-Monastir-kairouan)
Europe - Paris, London, Brussels and Brugges
Turquie - Istanbul

Spain (Sevilla, Cordoba, Granada)

Espagne - Andalousia
A magnificent destination and for sure one of the best tourist regions in Europe, with a nearly omniscient shining sun. An exceptional and rich cultural atmosphere (wonderful flamenco shows, museums, castles…). A number of Arab ruins and vestiges, starting from l'Alhambra to Grenada, passing by Madinnat Ezzahara and the big mosque of Cordoba without forgetting a nocturnal visit to Ksar of Seville … a trip to Andalusia is simply marvelous.

What's the idea?
The idea is just to visit the largest cities of south Spain. Andalusia is a wonderful destination for a romantic honeymoon. Three beautiful towns are suggested here. Our golden triangle starts with the visit to the capital of Andalusia –Seville. Then, go further North to visit Cordoba and Medinat Ezzahra. The trip should end in beauty with a visit to the most beautiful city in the world: Grenada and obviously with a visit to one of the most beautiful historical monuments in the world: l'Alhambra…

Good raisons to go there:

Romantisme garantuee

Visit of Alhambra

Rich history

Beautiful cities

Always sun

Eat Spanish (fish)

Go to flamenco show

Go to corrida

and it's very cheap..

how to get there?
If you are already in Europe, the simplest and cheapest way to get to Spain remains by train (you have to reserve in advance). You have also to know that the cabinets in the wagons of Spanish night trains are not mixed. So, men share cabinets with four beds with other passengers and women share cabinets for women. However, these cabinets can be at few meters so you can see your partner if needed. There is also a restaurant and a small café… If you prefer traveling by plane, you can also consult our rubric of low cost companies. You should simply know that ideally you have to go to Seville or Madrid…

What is the minimum of time to spend?
In Madrid : one morning is enough, just the time to visit the city center and reserve for the train to Seville. if you have more time why not remain a bit longer.
In Seville: two to three nights minimum. Profit from your evenings by attending a flamenco show and make a nocturnal visit to Alkazar
In Cordoba: it's good to spend two nights there. You have to count half a day to go to Medinat Elzahara distant 20 km from Cordoba
In Granada:Three nights are enough to make sure that you have missed nothing in this beautiful city… you have to count a whole day (from morning to evening) to visit Alhambra. The evening it's very romantic to visit Alhambra or take dinner in the restaurants in front of the Arab neighborhood "El Bayzine". You can even stay in the two hotels inside Alhambra

I've not much traveled before, how to do?
Easy : even if you have never traveled abroad before, it's really simple to travel to Spain in general and to Andalusia in particular. Spain is among the most tourist countries in the world, millions of travelers go there every year, and this will facilitate your trip (organized tourism, tourism information everywhere, brochures, internet, maps of all towns and in all languages, books, travel guides, etc) In addition, transport in and between cities is very easy and very well organized (metro, taxi, train, bus, plane) Even if you don't speak Spanish, it's enough to speak a bit English. Sometimes French language can also be used. There is absolutely no raison to worry!!!
Tourism offices : a golden rule, remember that in all airports, train stations, or city centers… there is always a tourism office at your disposition. They show you how to do, give you maps of the town, and they speak several languages.
Travel Guides : buy your travel guide before your departure. Consult our guides rubricClick here
To move: from the airport to the train station: take the airport bus (ask info-points on the spot for schedules). From and to Madrid opt for a train it's faster. In Andalusia opt for bus to profit from the landscapes. You can also rent a car…
Accomodation you are not obliged to reserve your hotels in advance: the first night in each city is enough. Once there you have the choice to change or to choose better according to your tastes…
Be careful :to visit Alhambra, it's necessary to reserve in advance. The number of visitors is limited to 8000 per day. So use the internet to pay your entries or rather opt for a visit that is not too early to the Nasserites castle (the place is not concerned with entry schedules since it is small)Click here to reserve. ...

Special honeymoon:
Surprise : you can reserve a night in the hotel of Alhambra. It's the best (and most expensive) gift you can afford.
Romantic : the restaurants of the old city are just marvelous, especially in Granada, a stroll by calash, nocturnal visits of monuments…
The gardens: Andalusia is well known for the beauty of its gardens, flowers and decoration art with vases and plants. A walk with your partner between these houses will give you plenty of ideas.
Shows: unique in the world, flamenco and Corrida. A surprise gift to your partner will be well appreciated (get informed about the corrida: it's not every day)
Hotels: if you have more means, don't worry, there is for all prices. Special 4 to 5 stars hotels, luxurious restaurants, guided tours organized by tourism professionals…
